  It has been another busy but exciting week for the children in Discovery. Results of house captains and vice captains and winning the class treat.

  It's been so lovely to see all the children in my class again and to watch them settle in so beautifully after the Christmas holidays.

  Brilliant start to term 2!! I'm so impressed with the children's positive and enthusiastic attitude.

  It is the final week of term 1 and the children are looking forward for a break after working so very hard.

  It's been an exciting week in Discovery, as the children have enjoyed bringing their toys and wearing their slippers in class. On Friday, they wore home clothes, enjoyed a mini film and ate their metamorphic chocolate rocks.

  We've had an exciting week watching our shield and composite volcanoes erupt in class. We have 2 new members of the eco council. Results will be announced on Monday.
