What a brilliant start to the week we had with our Christmas production! I hope you all enjoyed it and agree that the children worked incredibly hard to learn their lines and songs, and to perform so confidently in front of such a big audience.
We are very excited to announce that we have won the class treat! Children may bring in a labelled soft toy and wear slippers or comfortable footwear in class.
This week has mainly involved assessments in writing, reading and maths, though we have also managed to cover some science and other foundation subjects.
Looking ahead to next week:

Monday: Children can bring in some money for the Present Room organised by FONS.

Tuesday: Christmas lunch day! Children may wear a Christmas jumper over their school uniform (it is not a non-uniform day). We will also be having our class party.

Thursday: Star of the Term assembly will take place in the morning.

Friday: Disco non-uniform day, as requested by the children in Discovery. School will finish at 1:30pm.
Homework: Spellings for next term (given last Friday), SPaG booklets, maths on Atom Learning, and times tables practice on TTRS.
