It has been a week of focusing on writing and reciting poems in class and school. Children have used their 5 senses to write their poems about volcanoes.

Next week in English, we will be looking and writing an informal letters. Identifying features and then writing a letter to a family member or friend they wish describing their experience of Mount Vesuvius erupting in Pompeii and how they manage to escape.

Tuesday- Henley Literacy Celebration online activity,

Maths- Continuation of Addition and  Subtraction Unit.

Homework

Spag booklets (marked as next page) to be completed, along with maths worksheets, times tables, spelling practise and daily reading.
