English- Children will write a set of instructions, using their spag knowledge on how to make a volcano in class.

Maths -  We've started our math's topic on  Place Values and partitioning numbers to a 100. Please could I request that your child spends some time daily practising their times tables (2, 3, 5 & 10's). Time Tables Rockstars login information will also be sent home next week.

Homework-

Spellings will be handed out next week. However, they will be tested the following week on Friday.

Children are expected to research about volcanoes, mountains and earthquakes as part of their topic/ literacy homework.

School Council and Eco Council elections will take place in class next Friday. If your child is keen to stand for this position they will need to prepare a speech to convince their peers to vote for them.
