Last week Adventure have learned all about wedding celebrations- they have made a class bouquet, explored traditional Christian weddings and Indian weddings and understood why people get married. If you look at some of the pictures from this week, you will see they have also designed Miss Freeman a wedding outfit, choosing what they think would make it very special. They also designed Mehndi (henna) designs for an Indian wedding.

What's happening next week?

This week our focus will be on BIRTHDAY celebrations and how we all celebrate differently. We will have a go at making cakes together later in the week as well as talking about our birthday traditions! This week we go full swing into Nativity practice, so if your child still needs a little practice, please do have a look at their line/s with them at home- we have lots to practice in terms of staging and when we are on and off- so having that extra rehearsal of lines at home is so helpful!

School photos are being retaken at the end of this week on Friday, so once again, please come in full school uniform instead of P.E kit.
