Hello Endeavour Class!

I am so excited to welcome you all back to school!

 It’s a gentle start, with just two days in week 1. We will be settling back into school life and routines, building our classroom community and setting the tone for a happy, positive and successful year ahead.

On Friday, we will launch the topic for this term, ‘What is life like in the Alps?’, which will be a chance for us all to share what we might already know about the Alps and what we’d like to learn in the weeks ahead.

There will be lots of discussion opportunities in this first week back, as well as an introduction to our class text ‘King of the Cloud Forests’. Some of you may have looked at the class text ahead of Thursday (please don’t worry if you haven’t, I have copies here in the classroom) and may have already discovered it is a wonderful tale of travel, adventure, friendship and growth - themes that may feel especially poignant for many of as you embark on your last year of primary school!

I am looking forward to an exciting first week back and can’t wait to see you all!
