Monday: School Photo & Quad Kids

It is school photos in the morning, so children must come in wearing school uniform. PE kits should be brought to change into.

We are attending the Year 1/2 Quadkids Athletics event at THE ORATORY from 1 - 4 pm. You are very welcome to attend!

Maths

We will begin a new unit on Place Value (within 100). This week we will look at counting from 50 to 100, Tens to 100 and partition into tens and ones.   

Science

We are continuing the unit Identifying Plants. This includes learning to identify and name a variety of common wild and garden plants, including deciduous and evergreen trees, and identify and describe the basic structure of a variety of common flowering plants, including trees. We will of course be planting seeds and bulbs too!
