Welcome Back!
Dear Highflyer Class,
I am thrilled to be your teacher at Nettlebed Community School and excited to meet my Highflyer class. My values align with the school’s key drivers and taking the Mastery approach within a broad and balanced curriculum. I like being outdoors and surrounded by nature especially animals and flowers so I’m really looking forward to Forest School with you all
I was born in Liverpool and when I was 4 years old, I moved to Wantage where I now live. I graduated in Business Studies before completing my PGCE at Oxford Brookes University. I have previously worked for a cardiothoracic surgeon at the JR Hospital and have spent the last 5 years working in KS1 Primary Education.
My interests include reading, watching films, creating art and visiting galleries, attending music concerts and gardening. I also enjoy swimming and skiing. I love going on adventures with my friends and family, exploring new places around the world. My favourite were Norway and Australia and I am looking forward to sharing stories about them with the you.
A few of my favourite things:
