Week Ahead in Discovery 24.5.21

The week ahead we will be science based. We will conduct a few experiments in school related to our topic. The children are so excited and looking forward to it.

Last week, we made paper boats and tested them out in the rain. The children made another set of boats and this time used wax crayons to make them water proof. Testing these boats out in the coming week.

In English, we wrote a newspaper report about the Titanic dated 1912. We aged the newspaper by discolouring the news report/paper by rubbing used tea bags.

Our focus in English will be writing instruction based on an experiments conducted during the week.
