Week 4 in Unicorn

What a unique week we have had!

We have been focussing on the season of Autumn this week, finding leaves, pine cones, acorns and conkers in order to discuss their texture, shape and colour.

We have painted pine cones, made trees using collage and finger painting, practiced our counting and shapes.

But our most exciting event was a special visitor, Mr Freeman (my dad) kindly came in on Thursday and helped us make our very own apple juice. Each of the children helped to press the apples, catch the juice and, of course, drink it all up!
