Week 3, Term 6, Highflyers

Last week's Artic Lesson:

This week the Highflyers will be learning about safety at the seaside. The children will use their knowledge and information writing skills to create posters and board games aimed at creating awareness about seaside safety.

In maths we will be finishing our topic on Measurement: time and moving on to Measurement: mass, capacity and temperature.

The spellings for the Highflyers to learn this week are the names of the Months and Common exception words.

Orienteering

The children will be participating in an Orienteering activity at school on Monday. There is a good chance it will rain, please could you therefore send your child in with a PE kit and set of waterproofs.
