Term 3, Week 3, Highflyers

The Highflyers had a fantastic time visiting Discovery Class on Friday to swap facts they had learnt about China. They enjoyed trying some Chinese food too!

Literacy / Topic

This week the children will learn about Chinese New Year and retell the Chinese Zodiac story.

SPaG

We will focus on forming Adjectives using -ful and -less, and the spellings this week are Adding –ing, -ed, -er, -est and –y to words ending in –e with a consonant before it.

Maths

We will continue the unit on Money, looking at calculating with money, making a pound, and finding change.
