We had a very busy week last week: we did some amazingly descriptive writing, Year 5 watched a brilliant production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Year 4 had a fabulous swimming lesson! Our term is well and truly underway..
This week, we are celebrating British Science Week; beginning with our dressing up day tomorrow - the theme is ‘growth’. We will also be watching a live science lesson on ’life cycles’ before getting having our actual science where we will be investigating conductors and insulators. And that’s just Monday!
We will be doing various other activities and live lessons throughout the week as we focus our learning on science.
In our topic, we will be exploring Norse Gods and Goddesses - this learning will help us to begin forming our own myths next week.
In maths, we begin a new unit: Decimals.
Please do get in touch if there is anything you need help with. Have a great week!
