Final week of Term, Highflyer class

The week ahead..

It is the final week of term and the learning will be Christmas themed and include lots of art and craft. In RE the unit is ‘Light & Dark’ and it will teach the children about the importance of light to many in Christianity, Hinduism and Judaism through learning about Advent, Christmas, Diwali and Hanuk.

In Maths and SPaG we will consolidate what the children have learnt this term and finish the unit on money.

Special Events:

Tuesday- Christmas lunch and class parties in the afternoon. Children can wear Christmas jumpers over school uniform if they wish.

Wednesday - FONS present wrapping room

Friday - school closes at 1.30pm.
