Endeavour Class - Term 6 - Final Week

Dear Parents,

This week is full of events and final things. On Monday, the Year 6s have their end-of year 'treat' and are looking forward to their day out.

After an unfortunate postponement because of the weather, I can say that this week on Wednesday is the performance of our play - A Midsummer Night's Dream. The children have been working hard and the costumes look wonderful! Keep practising and singing the songs!

I hope the weather keeps fine, as due to COVID restrictions we have to hold it outdoors. There are two performances, one for the school to watch in the morning and then later at 6 p.m. Forest School is still taking place for Y5s. Please see the email for further information.

English Skills homework books and Maths books to be handed in on Wednesday this week.

Please return to school any reading books that have been borrowed.

On Thursday afternoon the Leavers' Assembly is at 2.15 p.m. It will be via a zoom link -so watch out for the email from the school office with the details.

Friday is the last day of term and of the year. School finishes at 1.30.p.m.

Year 6, if they wish, can sign their shirts on the last day!

I do wish you all a very relaxing break over the summer holidays and thank you for all your support over the past year with its very challenging circumstances.

Kind regards,

Mrs Wyatt
