Endeavour Class: Term 5, Week 5

A huge well done to all the Y6s who, not only sat their SATS with determination and focus, but worked as a team, comforted each other, praised each other and showed complete kindness towards each other - I am so proud of each and every one of them! They enjoyed a well-deserved celebration in the Wild Garden on Friday!

We received the photo from the RAF, displaying our royal cypher! Check it out here - we are all so impressed with it.

Tomorrow is the Bikeability Level 3 course for some Y6s - please don't forget your bike and helmet. The whole class can wear PE kit.

This English week, we will have a focus on writing - we will learn of a mountain biker with a personal goal and complete some small writing pieces. As well as this focus on writing, rehearsals for Robin and the Sherwood Hoodies begins!! We are all so excited to get started, let the line-learning begin!

In science, we will be learning about pitch and volume in our unit of learning on sound. The children will learn how and why different parts of instruments make different sounds.
