Endeavour Class - Term 5 - Week 5

Dear Parents

In English we are writing a fact file about Wolves. This animal features as a guide to our main character, Torak, in Wolf Brother; so we are researching how wolves live in the wild naturally, and their close pack gathering; writing a report to show our findings.

We have started creating Wolf Art sketches. See the above for our class 'wolf pack' collection of our work!

I think they are really impressive so well done to all!

In maths we continuing with volume and 3D shapes and thinking about using volume in problem solving. This is also Walk to School Week and Nettlebed Village Litter Pick Week.

Don't forget litter means 'house points', so bring your bags to the front of school to get your points. See the school email with further details.

There is English Skills homework to hand in and mark on the Wednesday morning and Maths homework and a spelling test on Thursday. If you need a copy, here are the spellings below. Spellings were handed out last week on Thursday.

Also remember that P.E. days are Tuesday and Wednesday this term. Year 5 have Forest School on Wednesday.
