Endeavour Class 2021 - Term 1 Week 2
Dear Parents and Carers,
We begin our topic 'The Great Outdoors' by exploring how to create a shelter and designing and making it able to withstand rainy weather! We will use our knowledge to write a set of survival instructions to build a shelter - if ever you are caught outside without cover!
In maths we start our Number and Place Value block - studying how our number systems work and being confident in using larger numbers in a variety of ways.
There is a curriculum letter about the term's topics and further details such spelling and homework days are included. Please find it on the link. For your information, P.E. days are Tuesday and Friday for Year 6. Forest School for Year 5s is on Tuesday and P.E. is on Friday.
Homework will be started in the next week or so.
