British Science Week In School 14th to 18th March 22
The week ahead, we will devote toward Science. We will start the week with science fancy dress, personifying 'Growth.' We will have a whole school assembly followed by lots of science based learning throughout the week.
Year 3 topic is Forces (Friction and Magnetism) . We will also watch live lessons by the NFU on The British Country Life.
Tuesday - We have a very special guest, ' Birdman.' Alan Robert Ames will visit our school with his birds of prey. Please have a look at his website below.
Wednesday- Continuation of science lessons and activities.
Thursday - Art activities hosted by Henley Youth Festival in our school, until lunch time.
Friday - We are very fortunate to have Kate Lloyd and Julian Soles talking to the children in school about 'Growth.'
To make our science lesson successful, please could your child bring in a pair of woollen gloves. Thank you.
A huge CONGRATULATIONS!! To the year 3 girls for taking part in the cross country race last Saturday. They brought home the winning cup! See attached photos.
