Adventure Class - Journeys on trains.

Last week we enjoyed looking at two books with journeys on foot. Groups of children chose fruit to make a fruit salad and decided if they liked it or not.

Did any of the children inspire you to make fruit salad at home?

This coming week the journeys in the books will be on trains. What do we need to go on our journey? Who will we meet at the end?


The maths work is counting in patterns. Can you count pairs of items, do any items come in 5's or 10's?


The daily phonics work continues the revision of Phase 2 and Phase 3, with an introduction to more initial consonant blends. We use songs to help[ us remember the tricky words fro reading fluently.
