3rd overall at Stoke Row Cross Country

Twenty-four children took part in the first cross country race of the Woodcote Partnership Winter Series. It was a really tough course and the very hot weather made it quite a challenge for all runners. It was a fantastic result for the Nettlebed Team who are lying in 3rd place after this first race. The Y3/4 Girls team came 1st overall and Millie was the winner of their race. Other medallists were Olly who came second in the Y3/4 Boys race and Erin who was awarded the Olympic value medal for Courage and Determination. Poor Erin lost her trainers in a very muddy part of the woodland section but she still managed to finish the race with no socks on. Congratulations to all of our runners.
